"We extremely enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, kitchen was well equipped and the view was spectacular, especially with the Eagles that have nested on the 32 acre property. However was disappointed in the fact that the fire places were not in working conditions and rooms should have been number. We enjoy kayaking up and down the bay and taking it all in. I would definitely stay again."

"My sisters and I (5 total) visited in early November. Kent Island Time was a perfect fit. We were impressed by the cleanliness, spacious rooms, and well-equipped common areas. The best feature was the waterfront location. Even in November, we were able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy a glass of wine as we watched the amazing sunset. We all agreed we would absolutely stay again in the future."

"This was a great spot to come and visit. The dock gave the ability to crab and fish whenever. The house and view of the water were amazing. The only downfall for us was the amount of jelly fish so we did not get in the water much. We did bring our boat and launched it right down the road. We are out at the local restaurants and the community was welcoming. We drove around and saw the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad and visited Cambridge many times."

"This house and its serene surroundings are truly spectacular! All the comforts of home and the home is well loved. Secluded but close to center of Town. Only thing we missed is more queen size beds. Very clean and check in was so easy. Owner gave us tour of the house and some history of the area. Would definitely come back again!"

"My son and I stayed here for a week while we did repairs on our sailboat. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right by the boat yard. House is very spacious and well furnished and decorated. Definitely has that Oxford charm to it. The only caveat, and this has nothing to do with the home, is the fire station alarms went off a lot, usually really early in the morning and late at night and they are deafening. "Fantastic house and property that exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a Thanksgiving holiday with extended family. Rooms were much bigger than they seemed in the photos and there was plenty of space for six adults, four kids and a dog. The property felt secluded and the views and the location, which was right on the bay, couldn't be beat."

"We had a great time. The pool was a big hit and all the common areas in the house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The game room was super, also. A few things that would make it even greater: about half a dozen cockroaches and other bugs were found in the house; lack of instruction manuals for appliances and sauna; exterior doors very difficult to lack; comforter in bedroom 1 smelled like dogs. "Property is excellent. Spacious and clean and suitable for pups (fenced in backyard)! Pretty place with short walk to dock for sunset and Doc’s (food is good). Bed and bathroom comfy. Grocery delivery worked really well - needed to re-supply basic paper goods for family. Would stay here again! Had some difficulty with Amazon packages as rental does not have a USPS receptacle. Post Office would not deliver. Maybe they can address this. Communication with rental company easy and gracious!...

"Wonderful return visit to St Michaels. This time at a fantastic historical home in perfect location. Home was everything you could ask for and more. Park your car and walk anywhere, within a very quiet neighborhood, yet minutes from all St Michaels offers. Highly recommend this Property and host."
