“Really friendly staff, excellent breakfast, nice quiet areas to sit. My bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that’s just my preference. Parking outside.”

“Room was lovely and clean and the bed was comfy. Noise insulation was very good as a main road is outside. Reception gentlemen was very welcoming and friendly.”

“Lovely 2 night stay in this nice Welsh town. Was Warmley greeted by the hotel staff and felt welcome straight away. Was checked in and in my room within 5 minutes. The room was a good size with a double bed , clean and modern bathroom and a large flat screen T.V. ”

“The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night.……
