“Paid $250 for 1 night and $100 deposit!! If I could rate zero stars I would the room was disgusting the walls had black marks all over them, mind you the walls are white. There was dust everywhere, the ac smelt awful. The towels had dried up dead bugs in them when we unfolded them all the dead bugs fell out. The refrigerator and microwave had crumbs all over. There was dog food on the floor and dirt and leaves. We asked a staff member if he could at least sweep and mop and get us clean towels……

“This was a dive! Booked so we could use the pool, but it was broken. It’s located on a very busy street that is very loud. Building is old, lots of stains and that “we tried to cover up the smoke smell”. Our toilet ran, there were cockroaches. The fridge was way too small and gross and the microwave was old and dirty. I wanted to save money but trusted the pictures…. Never again. Also, if a pool is broken, update your website and let guests know ahead of time. Often we book because of these……

“They didnt have enough staff. The lady working the kitchen was tending to guests requests with towels etc. , she was also manning the front desk. There was a carafe of hot water for tea etc that was cold , microwave didnt work in eat in area. The bathroom in our executive suite was not real clean, there was nastiness around the toilet by the floor. If that had been our first LaQuinta visit, we would never go to another. However, not all are like that. It needs some help with management.”
