"Breakfast was good. Hotel is new hotel, so everything is clean and smells new. Great location."

"Staff was great, room was old and worn, no aminities other than a little pool. Parking lot had more holes than swiss cheese, needed to be careful driving in and out. Did not clean or restock room daily. If fresh towels were needed the maid had to be tracked down."

"Staff very courteous. Bed comfortable, but made a metallic noise when sitting down on it. TV did not seem to have any good channels to watch. Need to bring your own modem or firestick to connect to it? Towels were dingy and worn looking. They need to be replaced with fresh new towels. Breakfast was minimal in choices. The fried eggs would have been more appealing if scrambled. Conveniently located off of expressway with a little bit of maneuvering. "

"Breakfast was poor. The place is a little run down. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Room was clean but outdated."

"Check in at the hotel was easy and the front desk clerks were really nice. Upon entering the room, we found it very clean and spacious. The a/c was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Now for the bad part: we booked a two night stay. On the day after we got there, we left early to attend an event. When we got back to the room, we found that the beds had not been made, the trash had not been removed and fresh towels had not been provided. Contacting the front desk we were told that "room service" required a three night stay. So for $200.00/night we did not even get what Home2Suites consider room service (emptying trash cans, making beds and fresh towels). So if you plan less than a 3 night stay, plan on making your bed yourself."
