Katia was extremely helpful when needs arose and made sure we had cribs for the babies. The location was perfect; it was easy to drive into Florence and to other towns. I wish the pool had been open, but the grounds were stunning and the patios were perfect for downtime and dinners at home. Thank you, Katia!"

"The villa was a beautiful home to send our our time in Tuscany, Italy. We enjoyed having our own bedrooms and baths. We had a special meal cooked by a local chef, Rachel. The kitchen worked well for the cooking, and for our breakfasts. The scenery was just breathtaking, and it is just as pictures in books looked like. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The facilities and the room is amazing. The front desk people with special mention to Lorenzo, who did an extra mile to search for me at the square amongst the crowd, just to inform me updates on the store he recommended to check regarding my inquiries on certain products whilst at the front desk. They also presented me a birthday champagne. The hotel is a vintage 17th century building which was formerly a castle built in 1450. "
