“Our stay in Florence at this villa was absolutely delightful. Chiara was incredibly welcoming, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location just above the city offers the perfect balance of tranquility, beauty, and comfort. The house is immaculately maintained with sophisticated design touches and very clean. The views of the hills are breathtaking! It's a shame we didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast and dinner menu or a cooking class, but it will definitely be……

“This property was magical. We booked it as a post-wedding place for our extended family. We had 9 adults and 3 children. There was something for everyone! The heated pool was pristine. It was relaxing soaking up the Tuscan sun, the gentle breeze and the breathtaking view of the vineyards in the the distance. The beds were hotel quality, the towels plush and plentiful. Each room was perfectly clean and comfortable. Plenty of closet space and private baths in every room.We asked for dinner in the……

“We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix……

“We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the quiet and serenity of the villa located outside of Florence. Easy access to travel. Visited Siena, Lucca, Florence and Venice. Alexandra was a wonderful hostess and the property was stunning. A great time was had by all!”

The host was amazing and so communicative - readily available on the property and was able to answer questions as well as drive us to get food in town and to the train station! Ample space for guests and the property is beautiful. The pool area is great and comes with fun floats / fun activities for near the pool. The ambiance of the outdoor dining area is lovely and the check in/out process was easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!”
