The room was average. The bed poor. We thought there wasn’t any hot water, but realized it needed to run for quite awhile before there was any. I thought there could have been more attention to cleaning. The unit (room) was very comfortable, nice decor. Check-in was so easy. Got a text that the room was ready and where to find the key. Room looked out on a nicely manicured backyard. The lot for this home was large so no close neighbors. Very quiet inside and out. Beautiful views of the backside of Bryce Canyon. Sits about 3 minutes from a very good restaurant - Stone Hearth Grill and about that far to downtown to a nice coffee shop. The drive from Bryce Canyon to Tropic is probably about 10 miles but well worth the drive.
