- Sitting Room: 2 chairs
- Living Room: Couch, seating for 6, TV, wood burning fireplace
- Bedroom: King Bed, sleeps 2, washer and dryer, access to back deck with hot tub
- Bathroom: Tub/shower, toilet, sink
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast nook
- Dining Room: Table, seats 8

Upper Level 1 (spiral staircase)
- Bedroom: Queen bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom
- Bathroom: Shower, built in vanity, sink, toilet

Upper Level 2
- Bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2, two twin beds, sleeps 2, dresser, large closet, papasan chair, ensuite bathroom
- Bathroom: Shower, sink, toilet, bench
- Sauna: Seating for 6-8

Exterior
- Beach: Private beach on the Truckee River
- Deck: Wrap-around deck overlooking the Truckee River, table with umbrella and chairs, seating for 6, another table with umbrella and chairs, seating for 4, couch and 2 chairs with a firepit, seating for 4, hot tub

- Driveway: 4-5 vehicles can fit in driveway depending on size of vehicle and snow load
