The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the food was tasty. We also enjoyed a hot meal and drinks at the restaurant while watching a game on the large screen television. It is just a few minutes from Merida and has a lot of free parking. I would definitely stay here again! I recommend it...

"It was on a busy road but not much noise at night. We stayed October so the pool was closed. The room was clean but needed updating. But this was reflected in the price. There are two cafe/bars about 150 yards away where we had an excellent breakfast. It's about a 20 mins walk into the beautiful town. The receptionist could have been a bit more friendly. Good parking right outside the hotel. Overall it was a good stay."

The hotel’s public areas and guest rooms are beautifully decorated with Roman and Moresque-inspired themes that reflect the rich history of Mérida. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and equipped to the standard you expect from a true four‑star property. The staff was consistently cordial, knowledgeable, and on several occasions went above and beyond to be helpful. Their professionalism genuinely elevated our stay. Parking is convenient: the hotel offers valet service for a daily fee, or you can choose nearby public parking options within a short 10‑minute walk.
