"I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. "We did the 2 night cruise and were glad we did, on the second day we transferred to a smaller boat with a smaller number of people (about 15) and spent the day in Ha Long Bay, we seemed to leave all the tourist behind and it was idyllic. The staff were so friendly and attentive for the entire cruise, the food was great and a lot of it and it was extremely comfortable - very happy with the whole experience"

"if your going to see halong bay, a cruise is a must...otherwise the town itself is really boring.. about this cruise: the pros: attentive staff, plenty of activities organized, comfortable and clean... the cons: food looks better than it tastes, no wifi, rooms can be noisy...its a wooden boat so your hear when ur neighbor upstairs is walking around..."

"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

"We stayed for 2 nights and loved this hotel. The rooms were great and had the best Ocean view. Taking a ferry from the check in building to the hotel was an interesting experience. The hotel is huge with lots of dining options. We tried the dinner buffet one night, the service and food choice was really good. The next night we tried the ala la carte menu at a different restaurant. Both the times we found the food a bit bland but that’s probably because we are used to having spicier food on a daily basis. We took a day ferry from the hotel and all the arrangements were done very well from booking to car transfer to the boat, etc. The service by everyone was excellent! Will definitely return to this resort if I visit Ha Long again."
