This hotel, by far, has the nicest staff of any place we have ever stayed. They went above and beyond in every interaction, from phone calls to shuttle drivers to front desk staff. And the lobby and general floor area is mopped several times a day. Clean, everywhere you look.

Loved the staff and our stay! Thank you

Excellent staff really elevated the hotel. Comfy bed and room. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of choices. Small refrigerator and microwave in room. Shuttle service to airport and light rail stations on the hour with pickup on demand. Nice whirlpool and pool. Small but nice gym. One night was a bit noisy as a bunch of soccer teams were there but they did quiet down at a reasonable hour.

Quiet location, clean room and comfortable bed.

Everything was fantastic. Nice clean rooms very modern. I would say that the traffic around is quite noisy but the property made up for that in other ways.

Clean and quite hotel.

It was great

We loved the stay

I did not like that the parking fee was not disclosed when I made my reservation and that you are nickel and diming your guests for services that should accompany the room. Such as parking, if I stay at your hotel odds are, that I have to get there somehow and not all guests will rely solely on the shuttle. I was there for business and needed transportation. I think the parking rates with the taxes and tourist fee need to be disclosed and I should be assumed as part of the guests stay.

My wife and I used this hotel for our pre and post cruise travel accommodations and it went well both times. The staff was very accommodating for our early check in and early check out. The drivers for our shuttles were also amazing. I will definitely be coming back if we need accommodations for our cruises out of Seattle.

I was pleased with the the stay everything was nice including the staff. Only thing off was the carpet could have been cleaner we found crumbs on the floor also a pill. We had a toddler with us so the pill on the floor was more of a concern for us vs someone without a child

早餐很好，櫃檯服務人員和善親切，房間設備齊全。

Rooms were clean, firm mattresses, etc. Airport shuttle was timely and very friendly driver. Keep it up!

Cheryl the manager was absolutely amazing!

My family of 4 will be here for at least 30 days because we had a house fire. When I pulled into the parking lot I was very impressed as to how clean it was. Once I got inside was very pleased with the condition of the hotel, location, and the

Only room available in area. Nice lady at check in.

“Netta” was my host on this visit to the property. I like to cook and she made sure I had all the dishes and utensils I needed to do so. And when I wanted to vent about frustrations I was having with my food company she was an open ear. Excellent customer service.

From the shuttle gentleman, to the front desk lady, i wish i had asked her name was a fantastic lady. Great budget hotel and overall, i had an excellent stay. Will definitely come back again. Thanks. A+++

Great location for easy access to shopping and eating options. Also very friendly staff!
