What a great property. Close to everything you need and want. We rented bikes and cruised over to the ruins one day. Another day we biked to the skull Cenote. Always felt safe. New massive Chedreau grocery store a 10 minute walk away. Very convenient. Disappointing that the beach was full of seaweed but the hotel has no control over that.

Overall, I am disappointed for the way that I was treated. I noticed others having top tier service and I was ignored. There were 6 servers in the pool area and it took an hour for someone to approach me. Only 1 server was really nice to me.

The front desk was friendly and made check-in seamless. The team members went beyond the call of duty for me several times to enhance my experience. One team member helped me steal my dress from dinner and provided me with steps to successfully use it on my own. Another person helped to fasten my dress for another night out. The bar tender and wait staff did a great job with cocktails and food service. The only area for improvement for me is the cleanliness of the room. I made multiple requests to have my room cleaned while venturing out, and it didn’t happen until the night before I checked out. On top of that, the sheets were not switched out for clean ones. It was evident the linen was the same.
