"I don’t know there are enough words to express how amazing this property is. We were a group of 5 couples celebrating a 50th birthday. I had a ton of questions trying to coordinate plans and David & Margaret were AMAZING to work with. I was able to rent vehicles with their help, arrange a catered dinner for our arrival night and have the grocery list ready to go. The home is spectacular. Each couple had their own room with an en suite. The layout is brilliant. We could be hanging out in the great room and no one that was sleeping was disturbed. The pool and grounds are incredibly clean and well kept. The walk to Cruz Bay is about 10ish minutes. While there Alex was very sweet to answer any questions I had. This pic best captures the love we have for the home and helping us celebrate bday guy!"

"This was our first visit to St. John, and I honestly don’t think we could’ve chosen a better place to stay. The resort exceeded expectations across the board. One of my favorite features was the west-facing infinity pool—perfect for catching those unforgettable sunsets. I was also pleasantly surprised to find free weights in the gym and a sauna on-site. That was a huge bonus! The in-room Keurig with dark roast coffee was also an unexpected treat!"

"We enjoyed our stay at water cliff Villa! The view is spectacular, we enjoyed jumping in the pool after beach days and being able to play cards with family on the deck. Air conditioners were only in the bedrooms, which is common in St. John and we absolutely love the outdoor showers. I would suggest bringing off if mosquitoes like you!"

"An absolutely stunning and gorgeous property, perfect for 2 people with plenty of privacy and space to relax! The location is minutes from shopping, restaurants and downtown Cruz Bay. It’s also very close to all the north shore beaches. Couldn’t ask for better hosts who checked in with us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The welcome snacks and drinks were also such a nice touch after a long day of travel! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in the perfect location with gorgeous views from the deck!!!
