"The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. Then the next day I stayed Shay totally the same Ora about her, very helpful as well. Wonderful wonderful staff. "

"Our family had a wonderful Christmas together at this beautiful loft. It is surprisingly huge and allowed us to spread out. The room arrangements worked so well for each family unit. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare several meals. Savanna was so great to work with…quick to answer, and understanding of the needs of families trying to be together for Christmas. "

"For a passing through on a road trip, this hotel was great. There was a lot of big rigs and electric trucks in the parking lot but the hotel was quiet. It was very clean. I used the pool and hot tub and it was a great break after a long drive across country. Room was clean and comfortable. Some things maybe needed update and just painted over but everything worked and was comfortable. Breakfast was nice with sausage egg rounds. Their coffee which was available 24 hours was great! Good for the price."
