The front desk staff were awful, rude and dishonest. I walked in to book our stay, and the staff told me no more rooms available when I clearly see there were still 6 rooms on Expedia. She didn’t even bother to check their computer system, but instead just look at me and said “we have no rooms available.” We had a long day of hiking so I just went ahead and booked from Expedia, and it was super expensive—$986 for 2 nights stay.
The second staff who check us in was also rude and not friendly at all. The room he gave us was on the ground floor at the furthest corner of the hotel. Room was not worth $500 a night—more like $100 or $200 at most.
The hotel looks like it’s newly remodeled but the front desk staff were so awful that I will never recommend this hotel. Management needs to hire more friendly front desk staff.
