“I lost a pair of pants in the hallway, and I was later informed that someone had found them and turned them in to the staff. I called the property and was told that they had my pants. After speaking with someone at the reception desk, I was assured that the pants would be mailed to me, and I provided my payment card information for the shipping cost. “This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Staff- kind and great. Hotel- yikes. Old. Window air conditioners. Old carpet. Everything is old and should have been updated in the 90s. It was the only thing available, and I was shocked by how dilapidated it was.”

“The pool was nice but too much chlorine. Breakfast was awful. Coffee was cold, no hot water for tea, eggs were old and dried out and cold, potatoes were cold and stale, sausage was overcooked, nothing was seasoned. The breakfast room did. Or have any coffee or hot water for tea. We were there about 7:30 am for breakfast. They only brought out new food and coffee after I brought it to their attention. Checking in I had to wait 10 minutes as no one was at the front desk as no one was at the front……
