Twenty minutes from Savannah and right on the beach, this spacious (1500+ square feet) 3-bedroom condo features majestic sunrises and sunsets from the living room and master bedroom plus views of Hilton Head, the Tybee Lighthouse, and the entrance to the Savannah River shipping channel. There's lots of light in this end-unit with side windows, and the bordering nature preserve provides privacy. It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have a king bed. There's a full sleeper in the living room. A separate laundry room houses a washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided. You'll enjoy the community pool and tennis and pickle ball courts. Free secured Wi-Fi is provided for our guests. The condo sleeps a total of 8. The complex is gated.

The condo was better than expected. Great location, clean, all needed accessories (coffee maker was my wife’s primary need), spacious. The balcony off the master bedroom was fantastic, you could leave it open at night and fall asleep to the ocean, and in the daytime you could see the dolphins. Very laid back and quiet. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

From the moment we walked through the door, until the time we left, this condo was perfect! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets and dolphins everywhere! From the livingroom, bedroom and balcony the view was perfect! Shrimp boat was an awesome experience to watch, as well as the cargo ships. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the condo was decorated nicely. Also very clean! It was a short walk to the beach which was not overcrowded. Lloyd and Catherine go above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Southern hospitality at its best! We are planning to come back to this condo in Tybee Island in the Summer of 2025.

Dolphin Paradise

This condo is amazing! Immaculately clean inside and out. Very comfortable beds. Large spacious master bathroom, large deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. We saw and/or swam with dolphins every day. Many container ships and fishing boats passed by on a regular basis. Great places to eat especially -huccaPoohs -within walking distance. Highly recommend renting bikes. You can see the entire island that way. Don’t forget to check out the pier and the $20 run buckets are incredible. Great Shelling on the beach right outside the condo. Very nice pool too!

Stay above first floor for view

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view was not good. The sand dunes have so much overgrowth and briar vines it interferes with view. Also plastic and other trash has blown in it. The lock with the gate pass is not user friendly. No directions on how to close it back. FYI, hit the clear button then put in the code. The plastic cover barely hangs on. The beach is private. Not crowded at all. There are hundreds of cannonball jellyfish (don’t sting) that come in with the tide and stay on the beach. Also horseshoe crabs. Pay to park about everywhere. $4.00 an hour.

Wonderful location

The location was perfect. A short walk to a calm area of beach. Great for small children. The sunsets were beautiful! The condo had all amenities needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend this condo for a nice relaxing vacation.

Great week of vacation

The condo is awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The 3 bedrooms are large and have lots of closet space- and a TV in each room. The owner is very helpful and is very responsive. The deck is large with a lot of seating- we loved watching the ships pass. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

We had a great vacation on Tybee Island. The condo was perfect! Well stocked with essentials. This was our first time staying on this area of Tybee. The first thing we noticed was there wasn’t any chairs or umbrellas to rent on the beach because that’s something we always do. But there were four bag chairs available for our use in the condo. Just what we needed! The beds were so comfortable! We all slept great! I am a water drinker. I was thrilled the condo has a water filter system. There was no need for us to purchase bottled water. The area of the condo was quiet and very relaxing. We will definitely book this condo for our future Tybee Island vacations!
