This modern 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is beachfront, right in the heart of all the action. Tybee's Pier and Pavilion and restaurants and shops. This unit features a jetted tub in the master bathroom, a garden tub in the guest bathroom, solid surface counter tops in the kitchen, a private balcony with secure covered parking.

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.
