"The staff at Sheraton Bali were AMAZING! The people of Bali are always friendly and welcoming but Sheraton was on another level. We travelled as a family and the staff were extra attentive to the kids. Making them balloon animals, surprising them with little treats in the room. The kids have never been happier.
