“We had the delux room for 3 nights. The room looks different from the internet photos we doubted that was the delux room. It’s near the road side,very noisy I can hear dog barking,motorcycling, people outside talking and their working noise(the hammer hitting ). I had very bad sleep during the stay even I am tired after sight seeing for whole day. The most unacceptable is the rain permeate in from the ceiling and drop into bed......me and my girlfriend have to squeeze into other side of bed. We……

“We had planned a five-night stay at the White Palm Hotel but ended up staying only one night before moving to another property. Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. The pool was dirty, the sunbeds were in poor condition, and there were numerous mosquitoes and other insects inside the room. “This was the best Villa I have ever stayed at, the staff were very nice and accommodating I will miss them, they went above and beyond and made sure everything was good. They also replied very fast whenever we needed anything. The Villa was very nice and spacious and the pool was lovely, it wasn’t heated but with the weather it was good enough. There are some small ants or bugs around the Villa but we are in Bali so. The breakfast was amazing and had different options. Each room had multiple air……

“Too crowded with guest, insufficient stuff to handle check in & check out. we waited for an hour for them to bring our luggage to the room, when we called the reception, they said they have delivered allready. (we were in the room all the time and didnt' receive the luggages) After 15mins more, the luggages finally arrive our room..... ”

“Property itself is nice and clean. Good location with cafe’s & restaurants nearby. Great staff. Was a little surprised with the outdoor bathroom concept. Great if you don’t mind some mosquitoes & geckos in your space.”
