“Got great communication prior to arrival. Asst. Mgr, Carissa, showed up with a welcome package and contact info. She was great with all questions. We did have a hot water issue, but Asst. Mgr. got right on it & had us back up & running in a very timely manner.4 stars because nobody gets a 5. Would give 4 1/2 if that were an option.My wife & I had our two dogs (a Toller & a Malinois) & decided it my be a bit cramped if it were 4 people there. “This place is incredible! The views of the lake cannot be beat. This cabin is clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The kitchen has a ton of counter space and every bit of houseware you’ll need. The wood stove in the living room gives a real cabin feel, and the beds are comfortable. The deck and balcony offer stunning views of Seneca Lake, especially in the morning.
