“The property was beautiful to walk around and the house itself was very spacious! My friends and i had a great time staying and the location was definitely really convenient to get to Ohiopyle for hiking!”

“We accessed the property and decided to go home instead of stay there for the two nights, so locked the door and left. Why? There are 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor with hard uncomfortable beds, while the only bathroom is on first floor, far away. Only kids could access the loft. Bathroom overly large right off kitchen, while living room small with TV near ceiling. Sat at kitchen table momentarily, but had to move to let partner into bathroom. Nice decks outside, but none screened, so bugs everywhere……

“Adorable lodge. Clean with comfortable beds. Good amenities and nice shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs (queen bed room and a room with 4 twins beds). Our family of five all stayed upstairs - the kids loved the twin room. There is another bedroom downstairs. The kitchen can use a larger frying pan but is otherwise well appointed. We would stay there again! ”

“Private yet minutes to McHenry and Deep Creek Lake State Park. Plenty of space for relaxing and cooking. Only entrance to living area is from the upper deck. Game room is separate entrance on lower level. Deck is a bonus! Great for eating outside or star-gazing in the evenings.”

“We had a wonderful stay. The cabin's location & setting is great: surrounded by trees, no neighbors, easy drive to the lake and mountain. The house is well appointed: nice amenities and decor. The host is very responsive. Would come back if we return to Deep Creek! ”

“It was ok the jets on hot tub didn’t work there was a lot of dust everywhere pool sticks were broken Roku in master bedroom didn’t work ”

“The cabin was gorgeous and exactly as described/seen in the photographs. We were lucky enough to get snowed in and the host reached out to ensure we were managing. We cooked a lot of meals in the cabin and were impressed with the large array of pots, pans, utensils to choose from. Also, the kids loved the Lego wall! They spent a lot of time in the basement and were happy to have the largest TV in the house to themselves. ”
