"We enjoyed access to the beach, and when we had questions we got answers almost immediately. The kitchen is upstairs which you can’t tell from the photos, and the bed in the upstairs bedroom (off the kitchen) was so hard & uncomfortable we ended up moving downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs. We stocked k cups for the next guests but I’m thinking it was closed for the winter- there is a keurig and a coffee pot but also a nice Safeway less than a mile away for whatever you might want."

"House was awesome plenty of room we had 10 people of which we had 3 couples. Only issue is we wanted to have 2 additional people stay which we had room for we had 2 empty bedrooms and they were not permitted to stay as they said the house only had a permit for 10 which was a bummer as they had to stay at a hotel."

"The house and location were great. Would definitely stay again. The property description indicated there is a barbecue. There was no bbq. Other than that, highly recommend this place!"

"House was perfect for our weekend of soccer. We were in Tahoe for a soccer tournament. Location was perfect. Nice neighborhood. Bedrooms were a good size. Kitchen was great. The only problem I had is that there were no oven mitts or kitchen towels so when we had to get our food out of the oven it was a challenge. Other than that we enjoyed the house."

"A nice option for 2 people, with close access to the Heavenly mountain gondola."

"Although there was not enough snow to really ski heavenly, my family had a blast staying in this condo at this location in South Shore. Very close to a lot of action, casinos, restaurants, but best of all, it’s only 50 yards to the blue waters of Tahoe. The highlight was watching my son run down the pier and do a flip into freezing Lake Tahoe."

"The stay was great, just don't close the bathroom door all the way, you will get stuck in there. But other than that, it was good. I would stay here again for sure"

"The house was clean and comfortable. Huge and great backyard. Smart TV's in each bedrooma and living room and really easy to use. It is fully fenced for dogs however a couple of places are not very secure, we did not have any problems with our dogs, however a dog could easily get thru if they wanted to escape. Over all we had a lovely time and I would recomend the house."

"Had a blast at the property - nice and clean as advertised. Beds were very comfy, bar area was perfect, hot tub was excellent (and fits 8). Grill worked well! Kitchen was incredibly stocked. There is also an area for throwing axes (axes not provided which makes sense to me, just buy your own beforehand) Only thing to note was that we couldn’t find any grilling utensils, so be sure to bring your own long and metal tongs etc."

"We felt check-in/chek-out process is a bit time consuming as we have to get parking/recreation passes from club house and while checkouts there are some action items like washing towels and removing bed linens etc.. they may cause delay if someone have tight reservations around. Apart from that we have no complains with house and location and we really enjoyed the stay its very peacful and amazing place. Thank you!!"

"This place was what we were looking for on our getaway. Great views, good location. It was just 2 of us and while we could have had more stay with the other bedroom it was the right size for the two of us. The stairs, as described, are very much there - my watch clocked between 3-4 flights. But very worth it. Great neighborhood. Staff was quick to respond to questions."
