The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and location regarding short distance from ski mountains and Ellicottville was great. It was so sweet too that they had snacks and a bottle of wine out as a welcome gift when we arrived. Loved this place. ”
