“Communication was very good, very quick response.”

“Everything was great, the hosts were very responsive when needed. The water tastes and smells funny, but I think this is common for the area. They provide another source for drinking water. We slept well and had a nice trip!”

“It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and location regarding short distance from ski mountains and Ellicottville was great. It was so sweet too that they had snacks and a bottle of wine out as a welcome gift when we arrived. Loved this place. ”

“I don't normally do reviews, especially poor ones, but I wouldn't stay here again if it were free. It was dirty inside and out. There was NOT any INTERNET OR TV as promised. I inquired about the internet and was told to go into the main lodge to hookup and it might work from then on, but of course it did not. The picture they post is old, different bed etc. Plenty of other places to choose from”

“I've stayed at a lot vacation rentals, and typically, the description oversells the property. That wasn't the case with this property. My wife and I only stayed for one night, but we wished the stay was longer!”

“The bathroom was very dirty, and we were not comfortable even using the shower. In addition, the front door does not lock at all, and we had to check in late due to the chalet not being ready. On the plus side, the beds were very comfy and the fireplace was a wonderful bonus. The chalet had a nice selection for tv channels. It needs some definite updating, but overall hosts did try to accommodate by offering us a free night- would recommend after renovations only. ”

“This house was physically perfect for us. The number of bedrooms, the layout of the house (wonderful for gatherings), the pool and the fenced in yard was perfect for our large family and the pets that came with us. Hanging out in the open spaces, cooking together and just enjoying each other was awesome and easy. Having put that very important part of it first, there were some "bumps". We had several communications from Rimon concerning the connections regarding the wi-fi. After some back……

“My husband and I stayed in the Balsam Cabin with two of our dogs. We were there on a last vacation with my oldest dog. It was a great place, very dog friendly and easily accessed by my Sr. dog. We took some great pictures out in back of the cabin which I loved. Close to Olympic training center, short drive to Mirror Lake plenty to do around and great places to eat. Cabins were clean and homey. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again”
