“We were very pleased with this Red Roof lodge. The main lobby was very clean and cheerful. At check in they were very friendly and accommodating. We were not sure what condition the place would be in as you see pictures on line but things could be different when you arrive. This one was not different. So we booked another night stay. During the next day I was amazed at the amount of staff they had working to keep the place clean They did also have a nice area to eat breakfast with plenty……

“We arrived and it was shut down. No notice or warning. I have sent in a refund request in but have not heard a word since. Expedia has failed me. Booked it through expedia. Expedia should have notified me the place had shutdown. Drove 500 miles with no place to stay. Not a good feeling to be left in the cold. If this actually gets read, I hope in the future you update your clientele with important info as changes are made.”
