I really did't use any of the amenities, including breakfast as I had to leave very early. The clerk at the front desk did tell me to ask for something in the morning and the young lady offered a muffin which was nice."

"The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage) and a light option (yogurt and yummy granola). The deck and surrounding gardens are very nice."
