I've never stayed at a B&B before and this was absolutely a joy for my first time! The room was magnificent, the breakfast each morning was hot and fresh and delicious, the staff was so friendly and overall, it was just amazing! Thank you Live Oaks!

Our second time staying here in the last four years. We’ve only been to Uvalde twice and stayed here both times. It’s an awesome property. It’s and it’s well-maintained. It’s has been recently updated. Or at least it looks that way! Great value will stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The RV was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall experience was wonderful, and everything met our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Pitmaster RV Park to others. We would love to stay here again!

Room nice, bed is wonderful. Staff friendly, check in easy, very affordable. Downsides.. No ice. Property right at highway edge. Our room literally 30 feet from street (US 90). Fortunately, speed limit is low entering town, and walls are thick, so noise is well muted. We didn't mind, others may. We're in room 1. Rooms 10-11 furthest from street. Restaurants in easy walking distance.

The Springs is a beautiful place. We really just needed a place to sleep for this trip, but I would love to go back and take advantage of all the wonderful amenities. The cabin was gorgeous and had everything anyone would need for a restful vacation The property is so peaceful and beautiful.

Really enjoyed or visit. We only stayed overnight, but we were impressed with the cabin. Everything you need is provided. Clean and comfortable. My service dog was welcomed as well. We will be back

Very nice and clean. Good breakfast choices Quiet and quite accommodating

Stayed here for the eclipse and we had a very nice time

Great hotel

The room was very spacious and super clean with comfortable beds. The pool was clean and a good size. Breakfast was tasty and had a nice variety of warm and cold foods. The only downside was about 40 min before it closed, whatever was left was all you got, they wouldn’t restock, not even creamer for the coffee, I get if you get there 10 minuets before they end but 40? Overall, very nice room for your money.

You’re right next to everything you need. Food options and shopping stores Less than a light away. Friendly owners.

Overall I had a great experience. The room was clean, it’s been remodeled, was quiet, conveniently located, & the check in staff was nice. My only complaint was the cleaning staff woke my kids & I up in the morning. Check out is at 11am, so I didn’t appreciate being woken up hours before 11. They shouldn’t be disturbing the rooms that guests have not checked out of.

Great place to stay clean and private enough to feel loved me no one else around and at the same time if need help or have a problem someone right there for you loved it

For a small town hotel, it's actually pretty darn good! I didn't expect it at all. It was a last minute find but ended up surprising me with the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff was excellent. They actually have flat screen TV's. The website showed the ancient box TV's. I told myself at first that I figure the price was on par for the hotel but but ended up getting my money's worth and then some. The manager told me that they were still remodeling and had a lot more to do.

hotel itself was great. The only issue we had was that the pool was filthy and we were hoping too be able to swim!
