“The microwave was filthy, crack below the door to the outside allowed plenty of cold air in, floor was peeling, bedding appeared used and unwashed, bathroom window dirty and full of bugs. No heat. We will never return!”

Then when I went back to the desk to get it fixed she had to admit to the manager that she lied about which room she was putting us in. By that time there were no more suites available and we were stuck with the lesser room without any kind of compensation. There was also the issue of people being allowed to bring their dogs into the……
