He makes a great breakfast for his guests every morning with warm conversation. This motel has more of a bed and breakfast feeling with cozy vibes. I highly recommend and would definitely return!”

“One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!”

“If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.”
