"The area surrounding the cabin was beautiful. Great fishing spot. Cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed and comfortably slept 5. Owner was very friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Generator was enough to keep out phones alive for 2 nights. Great spot, will definitely be coming back."

"My son and I enjoyed our stay. The cabin was super cozy and had everything needed for our time. Just a short drive to Cooperstown for food and the baseball HOF, hiking in the area, Glimmerglass state park, but secluded to enjoy a very relaxing private minivacation. Mark was extremely nice, responsive, and generous. We would totally stay there again! "

"This cabin was perfect for our visit to Dreams Park. It is larger than the pictures suggest and extremely comfortable. The property managers were great. The kayaks and swimming platform were nice perks we enjoyed after watching games. The wall air units were more than adequate for cooling the whole house. A nice touch: the full size toiletries. We highly recommend this rental if you visit the area."

"We rented this property while our son played in Cooperstown All Star Village. It was an easy 30 minute drive and nice to go back the seclusion and quiet after long days at the ball fields. Communication with the host was phenomenal and I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place. If we return next year, we will definitely stay here is it is available."

"Very nice property. We had a very nice room with a large balcony overlooking the lake. Quite beautiful. Stayed here to attend our grandson’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown so it was fairly convenient. Everything is in excellent shape with many new upgrades it seems. Only drawback was no close dining without driving 15 minutes into town. I do recommend this motel though. "
