“We usually stay here when we visit San Angelo to go fishing. There is a river right across the street, which is nice. The rooms are always clean, staff is always nice and friendly. Beds are comfortable. The only thing that is not up to par is the bar and grill. However the hotel does not run/own it. It is nice, large TV for sports but the food is not as good as I thought it would be and they need to hire more people. The poor waitress was by herself and it was very busy. I could add more but……

“Front desk, not a warm welcome by the staff not even a greeting. I had to ask about breakfast, and how the air conditioning worked, because it was different from others. The lady in the breakfast area looked that she wanted the guests to finish and go. So she can clean. The breakfast was ok. Not better than Best Western Plus. The room was decent cleaned, but a lamp was not working. The soap bottle was empty. For me it looked that it was a good building and furniture, but inefficient care of the……

“The bed was very comfortable but they had terrible towels. Very dingy and thin.”
