The receptionists Nelson and Everton are very polite and try their best to answer questions and help. The cleaning staff are polite and can teach us a few words of Portuguese. “The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms got cleaned every day. Breakfast was a good variety and even Pastel de Nata. The place was very clean. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.”
“Our room was very clean. The lobby and pool area and cafeteria was very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Even though our room did not overlook the beach, it didn’t matter. Our room overlooked the apartment behind us but it was good. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Villa was moldy but tolerable for the weekend. Sheets had stains. Housekeeping didn't do much. Breakfast left much to be desired. Check-in was empty when we arrived and no staff was able to tell us where to go to check in or when the desk would be staffed. They don't answer the phone. I requested late check out which was accepted and I put do not disturb on the door. Housekeeping still barged in and woke us up and was annoyed we hadn't left. Overall it could've been worse.”
