"Everything was great except for the man who checked us in. He was a bit rude and off putting. Called me a no show even though we called and said our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late- which the lady I spoke to then was quite nice and understanding. Everyone else we encountered was lovely. "

I complained to the front desk at checkout and not even an apology. Did i mention the toenail i found on the gross rug. I should of gotten some kind of discount.."
