Absolutely top class accommodation. Great location, immaculate room and of such a high standard and quality. The bed was so comfortable, air conditioning lovely, had a fridge, coffee machine etc. Had the best nights sleep, so quiet. The bathroom was great with excellent facilities. The owner met us to show us the room. He was so friendly and helpful. He also gave us recommendations on where to go for food off the beaten track to avoid the crowds and where the locals go. Would 100% recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Venice. Would definitely return too!

We loved this Airbnb! Spotless, great decor. The owner was so kind, welcomed us, explained everything, let us check in early, leave our backpacks there the next day after our check out time. We hope to definitely go back in the future!

Hi, it’s a lovely cozy property in the great area of Venice. Location is wonderful and the room is extremely clean, but quite small. There is everything you need in the room including the coffee machine and all necessities you might need when travelling. It’s was great for our short stay. The area is quiet and close to the centre. The host is very friendly. Great experience in Venice.

This property was super close to the main port which takes you to the airport / murano & burano and had plenty of restaurants and stores around it. The host, Alessandro, was super helpful and responsive. I also truly appreciated how he had set up the room and provided free drinks and snacks!! I loved the room and have no complaints whatsoever

The room we stayed in at Cà Patron was perfect! Lots of lovely touches auch as slippers, toiletries, coffee machine and complimentary drunks in the mini fridge. Alessandro works very hard to make your stay amazing, nothing is to much. Totally recommend.
