Beautiful apartment, Check In process was not convenient
Beautiful apartment, nice and clean. Quiet area away from crowds, but only a 10 minute walk to everything. The check in process needs to be changed. You have to pick up keys and give your passport information at a location across town from where the apartment is located. This means dragging your luggage with you back and forth from the water taxi dock, to check in and then back to the apartment. We took the water taxi from the airport and the stop in Venice is close to the apartment. Unfortunately to get the keys you have to go across town and over multiple bridges with stairs to get to it. They really need to provide a service that meets you at the apartment location with the keys instead of making you drag your luggage back and forth around town.

Perfect Venice
The location excellent in a quiet location but an easy walk to everywhere. The apartment was great and full of Venetian character.

Finding the place to check in for the property was extremely difficult. The property was okay nothing fancy. Three-quarters of the lightbulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. The location was good and it was near a grocery store.

Sadly it has been a horrible experience, my first incident was while asking the hotel if they offer a parking space or can recommended a place nearby, their answer was “you book an apartment not a hotel.. parking is near”, finally I meet the at an office / reception (under construction, dirty, without signs to reach them) and they were very persistent on selling tours, boat tickets, and as many tourist activities available. After arriving at the “apartment” it was disappointing, place was totally different from pictures, dirty, broken mirror in the only bathroom, fridge hinge broken, 2 blown light bulbs out of 3 in the bathroom as other small things. I do trust Orbitz but in this occasion they failed to do their research and homework.

God beliggenhet, mye for pengene.
Flott leilighet i rolig nabolag. Kort vei til butikker og restauranter. Leiligheten var velholdt, ren og greit utstyrt. Vi spiste bare frokost i leiligheten, men det var litt utstyr til å lage middager. Vaskemaskin til å vaske klær kommer godt med, spesielt om sommeren. Leiligheten ligger ca. 15 minutters gange fra Rialtobroen, og bare få minutter fra et utvalg restauranter. God plassering med tanke på utflukter til f.eks. Burano eller Lido, med båtavganger bare to minutter unna. Anbefales til familier.

Apartamento ótimo, serviço despreparado
Ao chegar no local fui informada que só poderia fazer o check in as 15hs, de acordo com essa questão solicitei deixar as malas para que pudesse andar por Veneza sem ter que levar as malas. A funcionária me informou que eu teria que pagar 4 euros por cada mala. Sendo que esse valor é para durante um dia. Ao tentar melhorar o valor, a funcionária foi irredutível. Em suma, nunca paguei tão caro por deixar minha mala em um local e na verdade NUNCA tinha sido cobrada em lugar nenhum por esse "serviço". Outro ponto foi a respeito da localização, já que me foi passado um endereço no papel de reserva e uma das funcionárias confirmou por duas vezes. Ao percorrer o trajeto identifiquei que não havia nada no endereço e decidir ligar para o escritório para entender como achava, e fui informada de outro endereço. Com isso, tive que percorrer 30 minutos com malas pesadas pelas difíceis vielas de Veneza. O apartamento era ótimo, mas em nível de atendimento foi péssimo. Funcionárias nada solicitas, desinformadas e em nenhum momento se colocaram a disposição de ajudar, somente fazer o seu trabalho seguindo regrinhas. Um absurdo!!!

Bonne localisation mais appartement moyen
L’appartement est dans un quartier agréable bien situé par rapport aux sites à visiter, possibilité de faire des courses à proximité. Par contre propreté moyenne ( matelas bébé sale ainsi que tapis, lave vaisselle plein..), réception située très loin de l’appartement ( 30 min à pied avec les bagages, assez difficile avec des enfants), coupures de courant des qu’on allume four ou grille pain... panne de chauffage et plus d’eau chaude le Dernier jour... nécessaire de retourner à la réception la dernier jour (inutile car il n’y avait pas de clé à rendre mais du coup trajet à refaire dans le sens inverse...). Dépose des bagages a la réception payante même pour une heure... pas très pratique, je déconseille pour les familles avec enfants
