We had to have the direct TV box replaced because it kept losing signal. The ironing board supplied by the hotel was bent and unusable. When the maids cleaned the room they forgot to replace the coffee pouches. It's a clean facility but it has ageing interior items.

The Lodge at Cliff Castle Casino is very run down. It's the original hotel and is in serious disrepair, no staff on the premises, no working ice/vending machines. Flooring is coming up due to age.
