Just over the causeway is downtown Jensen Beach where you can enjoy the various activities including the weekly Jammin' Jensen, Crawdaddy's with live music, and the famous Pineapple Festival. Updated Unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay plus a coastal charm.

Great vacation place
Janet's place surprised us after 2 days of long drive. It was better than I expected. Beautifully decorated with beach house themes and nice and bright spacious place was wowed us. There is nothing to complain about this place but complements. There were planty of towels, bed sheets, pillow cases. Plenty of space for clothes. Good internet service. Washer and dryer was very helpful. But most amazing thing was the beach. Less than a minute walk through the path there was a beautiful beach. We spend most of tme at the beach. We watched sun rise and moon rise. It was amazing. If we come back to florida we are coming back to this place again. I can highly recommend this place to everyone.

Hidden costs

Close to ocean beaches was nice
Our owner was responsive to our needs for the most part, other than our internet and Netflix were delayed through no fault of her own. She was able to get a technician out to our unit to fix the problem after he spent 2 hours at our unit getting things operational which we appreciated and thanked her for. No other problems occurred with the internet and TV services after this incident which we were satisfied with. If some future guests decide to bring bicycles they should either check with the association as to where the storage area is or be relegated to keeping their bikes inside the unit as we received a letter indicating that it was against the rules to chain lock the bikes to anywhere outside other than the storage area which we were unaware where this area was until we were informed by email that we could not store our bikes outside but only in a specified storage area. Also, the apartment unit we leased had an additional fee of $100 for being a part of the association which was passed on to us unexpectedly after we had paid all of the required fees specified on the VRBO website. Therefore, that ended up costing us the aforementioned amount which future renters should be aware of may be a part of an unexpected cost to their lease. One additional problem that occurred was the availability of a mailbox. Given that we were renting the unit for 2 months, we needed access to the one provided for our unit as we had to keep getting our mail. Unfortunately, we were unable to be furnished a key to the box until over two weeks after our arrival which caused us to receive some of our bills later than expected. In the future, a spare key that the landlord can provide renters would be helpful to prevent future problems with access to mailboxes for extended stays beyond one month. One other incident occurred after we left in which we were messaged that six large spoons were missing of which we had no knowledge as to the location of the six spoons, other than the fact that we had no use of these missing utensils and that we did not take them. We suggested that she look in the dishwasher and/or the backside of the utensil tray as we definitely would not have thrown them out, especially in regards to that many missing spoons. Other than the previously mentioned incidents, we had an enjoyable stay.

Great vacation
This was a very comfortable condo to stay in. The appliances were top of the line. Well stocked with bath and pool towels. Just steps to the pool and the path to the beach. The owner was friendly and helpful with any of our questions.

Five of us (two adults, three children ages 4, 7, 13) stayed at this location and while the pull out couch was uncomfortable at times, it suited us well for the week. There was excellent communication from the lister, short walk across the parking lot to the beach and a nice pool. washer and dryer inside the unit was a bonus.
