Sweet, Comfortable Place!
This was our 3rd time staying here, and we loved it as always. The host, Joan, is a wonderful and helpful host, always very responsive to any questions or requests. The unit is smaller than most other VRBOs we have stayed at in the past, but the yard we can use is large and comfortable with nice table and chairs along with benches and lounge chairs. The location is in a little neighborhood close to the inland waterway that has a well lit walkway along the water into the town of Jensen Beach. It is a half mile walk into town where there are great restaurants. We love this spot and highly recommend it.

Will definately be returning. Our hostess, Joan, was so hospitable. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The garden area was so relaxing. The location was just perfect and so close to beaches and great eateries.

Pelicans nest
Enjoyed my stay very much at Joan’s Pelican nest in Ocean Breeze , Florida. The apartment was well appointed and was in a quiet location yet walking distance to the center of town. Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay.

Nice comfortable and clean space in a quiet neighborhood
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelicans Nest. The space contained all of the necessities needed from a rental. Kitchen appliances and dinnerware was perfect for heating up and enjoying leftovers from the nearby restaurants in downtown Jensen Beach. The owner Joan was very friendly and accommodating. A washer and dryer was a nice feature that we took advantage of. Thank you Joan for providing us with such a nice place to come back to every day after our beach adventures. We will definitely come back.
