“Everything was great for our stay. I arrived prior to check in and just had a few questions about parking. After asking my questions she offered to check me in early! The staff in the restaurant were attentive and food was delicious. We made it to the lobby bar and again, the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall a great stay, just wish there would have been a pool or hot tub available. ”

“Stayed in Room 23 (Each room has different amenities/ views/ sq ft)- and it was great. Copper soaking tub, spacious, both slept great on firm king, 3rd floor turret windows was partial lake view & RR crossing busy street intersection. The overnight freight train horn did wake me, but not really unexpected. Windows to fire escape didn't seem to open. Wet bar was handy, with mini fridge, microwave & instant coffee maker. Meal accommodation vouchers (breakfast) were confusing: Rosaline Cafe (M-F……
