“Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.”

“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“Appartement petit mais très confortable. Très facile de communiquer avec les hôtes, ils ont le soucis de notre bien être. Nous avions reçu avant notre arrivée plusieurs informations concernant les commodités au alentours de notre résidence ( restaurant, épicerie, boulangerie…) qui nous ont été très utiles. L’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien! Je recommande”

“Location and the apartment itself were great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and its proximity to my workplace near the Palais des Congrès in Paris was very convenient.That said, the key collection process was more tedious than expected. Although this is mentioned in the listing, the key has to be picked up from another building about a 15-minute walk away, which is not very convenient when traveling with heavy suitcases.Additionally, the apartment is on the 6th floor……

“The location was excellent! The bathroom was a bit musty due to no ventilation. Fans were in every bedroom which was great given the high temperatures while we were there. Communication with the host was good and directions for check in were very clear.”

“You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than……

“Komplett anonym mit Schlüsselsafe im Supermarkt in der Nähe (Franprix). Kein persönlicher Kontakt vor Ort möglich. Nachrichten sind nur über das Expedia Portal möglich. Ebenfalls ohne Ansprechpartner, immer anonym. Ich rate dringend von einer Buchung ab! WLAN Zugang war falsch, kein WLAN möglich. Duschtür (sehr hohe große und schwere Duschtür) löste sich aus dem Scharnier, Schleifspuren auf dem Boden. Wurde folglich schon länger nicht repariert. Duschkopf verkalkt. Nur ein Rinnsal an Wasser kam……
