“Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.”

“No front desk . U have to check in 72 hour before and they said if u don’t do it u lost your booking . No phone number for the host to talk directly. And no money back . Horrible horrible . and the park in the front full off rats . Disgusting”

“Nice neighbourhood and close to the metro what makes getting around easy, apartment was clean and matched the pictures online. Check in was abit stressful due to some of it coming across in English and some in French but easily solved by using the automatic translate on the phone.”

“Beautifully decorated space in the heart of Montmatre. Great shower and comfortable bed. Very clean and comfortable. We had a bit of a hiccup with the locking system but the host was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. Would absolutely stay here again - a very charming old property.”

“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.”

“My husband and I stayed in this apartment with our two college aged daughters, and it was perfect! The location is ideal - close to the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, amazing restaurants and wine and cheese shops as well as fresh fruit stands. After a wonderful day of walking miles through Paris, the apartment was very comfortable for relaxing and reflecting on our day over some wine and cheese. And the beds were very comfortable! Money well spent for a fabulous vacation!”
