The apartment was perfect — two comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous bathroom with an amazing soaking tub, and a fully equipped kitchen that made everything easy.The location truly cannot be beat. “Apartment was fine for one or two people, though bathroom needs an upgrade. Apartment is in attic at rear building and is not what is shown on website. View to courtyard is nice. Location is good as it is a residential neighbourhood. The corridor to the apartment is below par and even hazardous with exposed piping, wiring and no sign of life safety devices at the ceiling. The floor was covered in construction paper as there was work ongoing to replace pipe. One day water was shut off. There was……

“Apartment is very tired and could do with updating. One plug socket is coming away from the wall. Bathroom is very old with cracked tiles and stains. 2 of the 4 pillows were completely stained and unusable. There aren't enough plug sockets. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed and could be amazing with some updating. Other than the pillows it was clean. Good busy location”

“The the kitchen is fully equipped with washer and dryer.with extra garbage bag provided.the bathroom is clean and with strong water pressure and centralized water heater.with lots of large size towels and the towel dryer/warmer is working.the door lock is well secured and with 2 other coded entry door going inside the building.the room is located in the first floor.the address is located few meters to food establishments(mcDo),church,grocery store and train station/bus stop.the only thing……

“Alloggio in posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Republique da cui si accede a diverse linee metro. Piazza molto frequentata soprattutto da manifestanti. I servizi dell'alloggio sono tutti perfetti, ben attrezzata la cucina e il bagno. Unica pecca l'assenza di detersivo per la lavatrice, mi ha dato una mano una signora che sta lì ma che non ho capito se era una portiera del palazzo oppure no. Certo la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice che sono proprio fuori al monolocale andrebbero……

“Over the stay was fine. Beds were comfortable, and lots of space for a family of 3. Loved the location, easy to feel like a local, lots of cafes and close to the metro. Host was very quick with communication. The shower and bathroom needs some cleaning or renovation work, lots of mold build up in the shower and around the bathroom. Shower also didn't drain properly. Property itself was very damp, so likely contributed to the mold growth. Also found some areas a bit dusty, dirty, or just not……

“I got in much later than expected (around midnight) due to cancellations and Catherine was available to communicate! She has been so responsive throughout (only convos were about arriving and departing).The place is perfect--shower water is hot! Close the shades at night if you don't want to wake up at dawn because the morning sun is epic.The location is amazing. I had been leaving the building heading one way and decided another day to head the other and both ways bring you to magic.”

“Türe war undicht deshalb eher feucht in der Wohnung, Fenster ging nicht zu, Heizung schwierig zu bedienen und Bedienteil war kaputt, Toaster war kaputt, keine Geschirrtücher vorhanden. Sehr einfach eingerichtet und wenig Platz für Kleidung. Kleiderständer und diverse Tische waren sehr wackelig. Lage ist Zentral.”
