“They set the room temperature at the thermostat too low - 64 degrees F. They shouldn't set the room temp. below 68. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent close to river and historic downtown area.”

“The bed was very uncomfortable, it sounded like a herd of elephants next door till after midnight, the Internet will not handle the amount of guest so it was super slow , I ended up shutting it off to use my phone as a hot spot . The vending machine took our money but never returned anything.”

“The front desk staff were not very friendly. I had some questions about my room and amenities that had apparently changed since my last visit. They were very shot with their replies. I visit the front desk twice to try to get clarification- both times I thought they were a little rude.”

“The bed was very hard & very small. The room was also pretty small. The room was super cold & then in the middle of the night it got very hot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, also. It didn’t have a fridge in it, but there was one in the hallway that ppl could share. It was quiet there & there was a nice view of the river across the street with places to sit.”

“The hotel and room were clean, the key code worked perfectly, parking was a breeze, and there's a Dollar General right across the street (in case you've forgotten anything). But....the room stays pretty dark (dark walls and poor lighting). The floor is very uneven, making it feel like you're a little drunk when you walk on it. There's a microwave down the hall, but having one in the room would be a LOT more convenient. But, in our opinion, the biggest issue is the slippery bathroom (and shower)……
