"Person at reception desk Kiana rude. Arrived at 12:45pm. Told no check in until 2pm. Not pleasant. She could have said I’m fortunate we don’t have any rooms available for early check-in at this point but she did not. She just was not pleasant enough so that it makes us think about not staying at this hotel the next time we visit Vicksburg. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past, this is usually our go to hotel here."

"This is a beautiful old structure with toms of character. We had a nicely appointed large room with a tastefully remodeled bathroom. The optional breakfast was delicious. We definitely will stay again when we are back in Vicksburg."
