Required cleaning the refrigerator, washer, and lint trap. Cute and quaint. Heating not reliable as pilot light went out at least twice. Donald was awsome and became fond of him in just a few short days. Overall, was a great spot.

neat old town
If possible, have the town apply for a government grant to clean up the town and areas around it to make it more inviting.
Newly found this visit: The best biscuits and gravy in Colorado may be those offered by the Bakery in town. And the tastiest blueberry/almond pie anywhere. There is a lot of history in town, we learn a bit more each visit.
A bit quiet and not a lot of local businesses. Go visit and help their small town thrive!
