"Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was always very friendly. The pillows are very soft, not firm at all, and the bed is very comfortable. This was within walking distance of many great restaurants and I could get to the convention center through the skywalk, which was very convenient. "

"Overall great hotel. Nice enough rooms for a solo travel and good prices. A few restaurants within walking distance. It's also right off the interstate highway so heading anywhere around town is pretty easy. I will say it's sucks not really having a breakfast as it's just a few pastries pre packaged. Hot tub was definitely a nice touch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"Parking lot asphalt is in very poor condition with lots of potholes and very poor lighting. The hotel WiFi is out of service with no date for repair. Breakfast was terrible. I will not be staying here on future visits to Minneapolis area."

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable! "

"We have stayed here MANY times and it seems to be going down hill quickly. The rooms need updating and the hotel inside and out is dirtier than when we first stayed. We agreed that this would probably be our last stay."
