"Good location and free shuttle service is very convenient to travellers. However, the hotel holds my credit card credit for USD100 as security deposit, but the deposit was not reversed although I have checked out. This should have been done when I checked out ."

"Neighborhood seemed questionable. Disappointed to have to pay extra to park. Staff was not very impressive - did their jobs adequately but extremely unique personalities at the desk. Facilities were very clean and nice!!!!!"

"This was the most seamless “hotel” stay I’ve ever had. Location was perfect for my destination. Easy check-in, easy check-out, and free luggage storage so I didn’t have to lug all my stuff around town all day with a late flight. Would definitely stay with Sonder again."
