“We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lubrense! It is a beautiful hotel with stunning outdoor yards/pools and incredible views. A short 10 minute drive into Sorrento, but the public bus stop is right at the entrance to the hotel and it's only two-euro in to town. There are also beautiful beaches and a few restaurants very close to the hotel, a steep but short walk away. The staff at Villa Lubrense were by far the best part of our stay. Tino (?) and Fabiola at the front desk were incredibly……

“酒店本来是个大家庭，房间很多，客人就我们一行6个人。正好意大利假期，他们大家庭聚会，很热闹。 酒店窗外就是大海，漂亮!房间也舒适，不错。 我们到达第一天的晚餐也是在酒店里，性价比很高，大厨应该就是他们家的老爷子，手艺高! 早餐是老婆婆负责的，水果盘上盖了一块布，只有几个干瘪的橘子放在显眼的地方。我要求拿布盖着的香蕉，老婆婆很不高兴的掰了个都已经发黑的递给我。我们用餐的时候，老婆婆很大声的打电话，一点都不理会我们这些客人。果汁，牛奶，酸奶量很充裕，咖啡也有好几个口味。只是，第二天，咖啡机坏了，老婆婆脸色更加难看。 以为是温泉，实际上只是一个很小型的带冲浪的游泳池而已，桑拿房也没有暖气。”

“Staff was always super helpful and very accommodating! They made sure that the guests were stressed free and they would take care of our problems while staying there and they sure did! They helped out figuring the timing of our train from Sorrento to Napoli Central and even helped us get a ride to get picked up from the hotel to the train station in Sorrento. Loved everything about this place and would totally book again!”

“The staffs are very friendly andcready to assist whenever there is a question. The hotel located in upper mountain but with buses organized by the hotel to drop and pick up from sorento, it's suite convenient. We had a very good time!”

“The staff here were very bad. The room was not available at check in time, even though the hotel was not very busy. We were denied a late checkout in the most abrupt way I’ve seen at a hotel. They said no, and when I started trying to explain that we didn’t get access to our room until late, then had noisy people above us (very thin ceiling) causing us not to get much sleep, the woman hung up on me. The facilities (pool, beach) were run down. You have to walk through a long, dark, dank/musty……

“Stayed 6 days in Sorrento in this hotel ! Satisfied!!! They don't have hotel parking , but will help you to arrange parking at a 8 mins walk parking spot 2 0 dollars per day!! Their roof top bar has the best vibes in Sorrento !!! Love it They have a very pretty maintenance garden too !!”

“Good central location close to Sorrento train station and main shopping street. Buffet breakfast with beautiful dining area. The hotel is old and dated fittings could be visibly seen in the room. We disliked the air-con & ventilation most, as according to reception, it would function only when we set it at least 2 degree higher than current in-room temperature. We wanted anything below 24 degree and end up not having ventilation for the night.”
