The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.

Although the bathroom situation could use some updating, the overall stay was great. The view was great and location was great. Being in the middle of all things allowed us to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go. Staff was amazing and friendly .

Blackbeard's is an older hotel very conveniently located on the island. maintenance lacks. Ice maker broken, faucets are loose etc. The staff, Cynthia, was very helpful and responsive.
