“The room was neat and clean. We did not do breakfast as we were visiting friends.”

“The staff was very kind, helpful, and accommodating, but the property is not maintained as advertised and is aged. The first room we were in had chipped and peeling paint, the lamp was missing the cover, the bed lights were hanging by the wiring, and the bathroom door was broken, so it could’ve fallen on us since it’s a sliding door. The second room we were moved to was dirty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The bathroom door was also broken, there was hair in the shower, and the sheets……

“The shower was falling off and the temperature dial was backwards. There was blood found on our sheets and a pillow! The staff were freiiendly and quick to correct.”

“I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”

“I had a great experience at Springwood Motel in VA. Rhonda was amazing and very helpful throughout my stay. All the staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very accommodating with any requests I made, which made my stay feel comfortable and easy. I really appreciate their hospitality and would definitely recommend this motel.”
