The elevator definitely needs to be serviced and inspected and cleaned. The water pressure wasn’t strong compared to the other hotels we’ve stayed at. The sofa was old and dirty. The doorway entry into room is definitely small. The room had a smell to it but went away once we left the balcony door open for awhile. Hotel could use some updating altogether. The blanket that was on the bed was super thin like a sheet. Found hair on one of washcloths and one of towels. The lady that checked us in was nice and helpful and she was the only staff we saw. Didn’t like the fact that someone could easily go from balcony to balcony(that’s a safety issue as well).

The place was very accessible to the beach and other places, perfect spot to stay in but the furniture needs to update esp the sofabed. The room is very spacious good for a big family, clean and no odor.

The property was very dated. Not sire what they use to clean the floors but it was disgusting. Told the office person amd she confirmed she did not k kw what it was and that others had complained. Got charged two extra times for our room and waiting for that to get fixed. Overall would not recommend.

Staff was very friendly and the room layout worked very well for 3 people. The kitchen was very short silverware and utensils. We were told the pool was open when we checked in but it was closed our entire stay, The room furnishings were very outdated. The sleeper sofa was very old and dirty and definitely needs to be updated. We did experience water blowing under the balcony door and a leak from the ceiling from the storm which was no fault of the hotel. We were the only room out of 4 that did not have to move rooms because of flooding. The manager on duty did not seem prepared to handle the situation and was just offering towels to soak up the water, We were without TV for 2 solid days (Friday & Saturday) which was horrible since we could not leave our room all day on Friday. Luckily they were able to get it fixed on Sunday for football.. My flight got cancelled at the last minute on Friday 9-30-22 due to the storm from Ian. I was re-booked by Southwest on Monday 10-3-22.. I was disappointed and don't feel like Sure Stay worked very hard to give me a discount for my extra days.
