The condo was very tastefully decorated. Much care was obviously taken with supplying this condo. The condo had modern appliance. Everything worked. This unit felt like home as soon as we walked in. The owner went above and beyond to make checkin and checkout easy. We will definitely stay in this same unit and we will rent from this realty company.

Checking in/out with Margie was super easy! The condo is clean and is located on the quiet end of Va Beach, which was great for us. It is right on the boardwalk with gorgeous views. The closet in the hall is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and some cleaning supplies. We had a great time! It was a little frustrating that there were several light switches that didn’t control anything.

Just right

This space was just right for our family of four. Bedrooms were huge. Balcony faces the beach. Indoor pool in case of rain. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyed our stay in this condo. Close proximity to beach and great restaurants. Musty smell in 2nd bedroom and spotty wifi. Construction on the building but luckily didn’t interfere with our experience.

Relaxing vacation

The 7th floor oceanfront condo was located on the boardwalk and a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. It was clean and big for a family of four and located in a quiet area. I hardly hear the neighbors from inside the condo. The balcony was a great location to watch the fourth of July fireworks and to enjoy the ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom shower water was strong. We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing vacation.

Beach trip

Overall great. We had ants in double bedroom on second day but used raid that was in the closet. Loved the decor.,and kitchen was well equipped

The location was excellent, but there were some issues inside the unit. The building manager was responsive but follow through was not completed. We would still come back to this location but would prefer things to have been cleaner.

Comfy Condo at Virginia Beach

This condo at Dolphin Run has been nicely updated and what is a slightly rundown building. The kitchen is really well stocked, and the beds are comfy. The balcony is a little bit small, but the pictures are accurate. We were disappointed to not have close beachfront access during our week, due to the Beach It festival set up and performances.

Refreshing

The ocean views were unobstructed and visible through the oversize windows in each of the bedrooms as well as and sliding glass door in the common area. The condo and common areas of the building were clean. Appreciated the fitness center, has the standard machines 2 ellipticals, 1 treadmill, a weight machine. My 22 yr. old son said the weight machine could use some servicing / lubricating. We used the Virginia Beach Freebee car service, which you can request through the Freebee app and the driver will shuttle you to and from areas around the beach. We got some great suggestions of places to visit outside of the Virginia Beach tourist area, from a couple of the drivers. The stay was great, enough variety between relaxing, engaging and thrilling activities. Condo was spacious, comfortable and had the spectacular ocean views which made the environment great for rest and rejuvenation when we were not out and about.

Great spot

The location is great. Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked to make meals. Comfortable king bed. Very smooth and easy check-in /out process and Margie was very helpful. Would rent with her again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

The location is amazing!! Walking distance to great restaurants. Quick drive to downtown, grocery stores, and Aquarium, etc. Bedrooms are spacious and both facing the beach. Whether viewing the dolphins and surfers from the balcony or taking the very short walk to the beach, this vacation condo is the perfect location!!

Spectacular view with perfect location.

This two-bedroom condo is comfortable and spacious. It is right on the boardwalk and has the most spectacular view. We woke up early to watch the sun rise over the Atlantic every morning. The managers thought of every amenity. Often times timeshares have the bare minimum, but here there were beach chairs and an umbrella, coffee filters and Tupperware containers. It was wonderful! The second bedroom has a little mildew because of the humidity, but it was fine with the ac on. The rest of the condo did not have that issue. I be would recommend this condo happily!

Fantastic property in a great location

This property was very clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It also had a beautiful oceanfront view and was very close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. I highly suggest this property!

GREAT VACAY CONDO @ DOLPHIN RUN

The condo unit was very clean and bright! It was great having 2 full bathrooms and having the laundry and trash receptacle rooms right on the same floor with us! We enjoyed the indoor pool and being so close to the playground. The beach was not overly crowded, which was very nice! The view from our balcony was beyond beautiful! Loved being so close to great restaurants like Waterman's, Mahi's, and Chix as well as Planet Pizza! We hope to be back again!
